Cachexia Debility and wasting that can occur during a chronic disease.

Callus A swelling which develops around a fractured bone as part of the healing process.

Cautery The destruction of tissue, usually to prevent bleeding, by applying a caustic substance or hot instrument.

Chorea Involuntary muscle twitching — most commonly as a sequence to Canine Distemper.

Chronic Persisting over a long duration. Applied to a disease.
